At just 30 years old, our talented Executive Chef brings over 13 years of culinary artistry and passion to our kitchen. Self-taught and deeply inspired by her family heritage of extraordinary chefs, she is named after her great-grandmother, an acclaimed chef whose legacy she continues today.

Born and raised in the Antelope Valley, she blends her Greek and Italian roots with a globally influenced palate, creating dishes that are both innovative and authentic. A true artist in the kitchen, she approaches her craft with creativity, dedication, and a love for exploring diverse cuisines. Her culinary journey is a testament to her natural talent and relentless pursuit of excellence, making her a shining beacon of inspiration for both her team and our guests.

Our specialty potions are handcrafted with intention, fermented, and elevated with house-made all-natural syrups infused with the highest quality ingredients.
